About the room
I am looking for a cool person to be my roommate on a monthly basis in a 3-bedroom townhouse located in the Garibaldi Estates. Space available starting Oct 1st. Direct access to Mamquam River and bike trails. One parking space available in the driveway. I am looking for people around the same age (late 30s-40s).
The townhouse is nice, with open space kitchen, bbqs on the deck, cozy living space and a garage. I like my home and take care of my space.
Ideally I would like to share the townhouse with someone that likes music and/or the outdoors. It’s close from the mountain bike trails and backcountry. Rent is offered at $1400/month, includes all utilities plus WIFI, one parking spot, small storage space in the garage and one bedroom (furnished or not, TBD). It is a 1.5 shared bathrooms, kitchen, living space and laundry (washer/dryer). Seasonal or longer term possible.

About the roomies
I am a musician and acoustical consultant working in Vancouver/Squamish. When I am not at work, I spend time mountain biking, skiing, cooking, playing music… I am an active person but I also need to chill.
