Furnished room is in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. house. Have your own full bathroom next to room. Large bright kitchen and living area with front deck overlooking golf course and patio in the back off of kitchen with barbecue. Beautiful, quiet setting a short distance from Rossland downtown and all amenities, ski hill, hiking, biking trails and of course, golf. Friendly neighbourhood. There is parking for one vehicle and storage in the garage. Rossland is a full service city of around 3500 people. Known for its amazing grocery store, pilates studio, yoga studio, recreation store, bike store and Red Mountain and much more.

I live and work (parttime) out of the house, totally separate from the living space. I am an esthetician and enjoy health, wellness and the great outdoors. Ski, bike and hiking. I have a large very loving Bernedoodle, named Bernie. He is a gentle, kind, quiet 4 year old. I have lived, worked, had my family and loved the area here for over 40 years. Looking for a roomie that enjoys quiet time, clean, respectful, doesn’t smoke, Vap or do recreational drugs. No parties. A pet is considered.
