Monthly rental is $850, all incl. (Includes hydro, internet, cable, all bedding and towels) . Parking is extra.

Building has a beautiful indoor pool, sauna and exercise room, all inclusive with rent! Laundry room is located on the main floor.

Great area, convenient to everything! Three grocery stores within walking distance and downtown, an approximate 10 to 15-minute express bus ride to KGH and Queens University.

I have an outgoing personality yet quiet, and respectful of my border’s privacy.. I have a cat, therefore, you must enjoy cats and not to be allergic.
