Cozy, bright and comfortable room in the basement. Two Furnished rooms, only one available with a double bed ($700). New mattress, closet, dresser. The separate entrance gives the rooms a cozier feeling. Both rooms share the bathroom, living/dining space and kitchenette. Laundry and backyard shared with upstairs. Utilities included except internet. Perfect space for nature lovers! Close to parks and a Great backyard to enjoy the sunny days and a fire pit! Downstairs, currently A roommate, who studies and work. Very respectful, organized and clean. We would love someone with similar values. My dog and I live upstairs, my dog is a friendly giant. We are reasonably quiet, in my free time we love to enjoy the backyard or go for walks.
