CONTRACT WORKERS ONLY!! We have 2 furnished rooms for rent beginning on Dec 1 2025. Rooms are in a split level bungalow in the basement, each room has large windows for lots of natural light. Access to your living area is from the front door downstairs. Each room is furnished, includes your own bar fridge and tv with Apple TV. Microwave also downstairs. The two rooms downstairs will share a 3 piece bathroom downstairs and shared laundry. Shared kitchen is upstairs on the main floor. Access to backyard and bbq also. Parking is out front on the street. $725 per room all utilities included. We do have 1 small dog and 1 cat, who live on the main floor.

Husband and wife who live on main floor. Wife works from home and husband works for the school board. We are easy going, kind people who have been renting our extra rooms out for the past couple years to contract workers at the redwater plants.
