Rent is $950/month, all utilities included (hydro, electricity, WiFi, dishwasher, and in-suite washer/dryer). The unit has a kitchen, a living room, and since it’s just two bedrooms, you’ll only be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living space with one other female renter. The house is located in Gordon Head, just a 1-minute walk to bus route #27, with #28 and #12 also nearby. It’s a quick bus ride to UVic, making it a perfect spot for students, and is close to parks, trails, and the water.
You’ll be sharing the unit with me. I’m friendly, tidy, and respectful, and I like keeping the home quiet and comfortable. I like going for walks, and spending time outdoors, so this location near parks and the beach is great. Since it’s just a 2-bedroom place, you’ll only be sharing the common areas with me, so it feels private and never overcrowded.
