About YOUR ROOM: You have the Master Bedroom! It has an ensuite bathroom. The room is currently painted white.

NOTE: There is a cat in the picture, however there aren’t any pets in the unit! Since the last roommate moved out, the entire unit has been deep cleaned, and the plumbing has been upgraded.

RENT WITH NO PARKING: $1,550 (+ a shared storage locker is included.)

OR, RENT WITH PARKING: $1,650 (+ a shared storage locker is included.)

BILLS: Internet & hydro (roughly an extra $60 in total).

OPTION FOR FURNISHED: option to pay for desk and bed - pictures available upon request and not the same as in image. Otherwise, room can be completely empty before moving in.

Working professional (work from home) who loves to cook, play music, and stay active - you’ll often find me in a latin dance, yoga or cycling class. Although I currently WFH, I like to switch it up and work outside the home.

I enjoy an organized and clean kitchen, as I love to cook. I’m kind and love a good chat/laugh! :)
