I have a fully furnished very large PRIVATE bedroom, living room, and PRIVATE bathroom with its own shower all in the NEWLY RENOVATED SUNNY basement available to rent to a suitable roommate. Basement is only half underground, so lots of natural light.

Everything is provided in this house…..dishes, pots, bedding, etc. all you need to move in is your clothing and your personal care items. Perfect for student living away from home or a contract worker. Renter responsible for their own food, laundry detergent, ect. If desired we can work out a room and board arrangement.

I’m looking for a quiet / compatible roommate. Roommate needs to be working a full-time job or is a full-time student. Previous rental references required. I have three cats in the home who freely roam throughout the whole house so a roommate must love cats, but not have any pets of their own. Renter can close bedroom door and bathroom to keep cats out of their private spaces.
Parking is in the driveway with a plug-in available for the winter. Utilities are included in rent. Kitchen and laundry are upstairs and would be shared.

I’m pretty easygoing, love to cook, and work in healthcare. I like having another person in my home. I’m happy to have direct conversations with interested potential renters to see if we’d be a good fit as roommates. Rent could be negotiable for the right roommate.
