If you require parking, let me know so that it can be arranged for you. The room is in an apartment building, the apartment itself if 600 sq.ft. The laundry is located in the building. Shared kitchen and bathroom. For a student or a working professional who is clean, quiet and responsible.

Requirements: First and last month, 2 pieces of photo ID, employment letter, credit score and previous landlord reference.
