The area offers a great balance of convenience and comfort. Enjoy quick access to shopping, restaurants, and everyday amenities while living on a calm street away from heavy traffic. Perfect for students, professionals, or anyone who wants to be close to the city while enjoying a peaceful place to live.
Couple in our early 40s with one 13 year old child at home. We have one dog and friendly neighbors. Our dog is gentle, non-aggressive, and rarely barks. Our housing allows only one pet, so we can’t consider any additional pets. We have one additional roommate that is a student at TRU. He is very quiet, clean, easy to get along with, and keeps to himself.
