About the room

Sublet available for October and November in a fully furnished 4 bedroom home. It’s a 3 minute walk to a Canada line station, and has a grocery store practically across the street. T

There is no smoking or vaping inside the house. But the back yard is pretty sheltered and private.

The room itself is in the basement but not a complete dungeon. The ceiling is a bit low but I’m 6’3“ and I’ve made it work for many years. It’s got a King sized bed, and a TV with a Chromecast and a sofa. If you need a workspace there’s no shortage of tables desks and lounge space.

About the roomies

We’re a bunch of nerds ranging in age from 24 to 54. We have a detailed chore system which is fairly self explanatory. We have a weekly D&D session hosted by Alex, one of the other roomies.
