It’s super close to the Canada line, Its spacious, it is fully furnished including laundry and tons of indoor storage area. There is a back yard with a small pool for cooling off, and a trampoline if you like to bounce away extra energy! It also comes with access to a lot of tools and crafting materials that have accumulated over the years! If you want a home and not a room, this is for you!

We’re a bunch of nerds ranging in age from 19 to 44. We have a good chore system and there is a lot of space in the house to adapt to peoples needs. We have a weekly D&D session hosted by Alex, one of the other roomies, and a six month old, well behaved lab pup.
