About the room

We have an unfurnished room in a charming 2bd 1 bath historical brick townhouse. The property is currently undergoing a few renovations in the pictures. We would prefer graduate students or working adults. No smoking (tobacco & cannabis). No additional pets please.

About the roomies

We are a working couple in our 30’s - a PhD student and a martial arts instructor. We’re nerdy, geeks that enjoy DnD, board games, video games, as well as hiking and nature. We have a dog and two cats, all house trained and quite cuddly once they know you. We’re both busy but happy to chat, hang out, or go on outings when schedules align.
