We have an unfurnished room in a charming 2bd 1 bath historical brick townhouse. We would prefer graduate students or working adults. No smoking (tobacco & cannabis). No additional pets please.
Large room with closet - $1000/month (pictured) Slightly smaller room without closet - $800/month (with window, carpet, and white walls like the large room)
Prices include water, hydro, and internet. There is one parking spot available as well.
About the roomies
We are a working couple in our 30’s - an ecology PhD student and a martial arts instructor. We’re nerdy, geeks that enjoy DnD, board games, video games, as well as hiking and nature. We have a dog and two cats, all house trained and quite cuddly once they know you. We’re both busy but happy to chat, hang out, or go on outings when schedules align.
