This bedroom falls nicely into sleeping area, studying, couch - coffee table - TV area, then dressing/closet area.
Shares bathroom with 2 older adults. (However, 1 only showers at the gym, the other works nights. So it’s like the bathroom is all yours😊) Happy friendly, respectful household. Currently no smokers live here, but there is a suitable location out on the front porch if needed.
Situated in the mature community of Hawkwood NW. Bus a few seconds away but it doesn’t pass the house - convenience without the noise 😊
You’ll find Superstore quite close by and Safeway just down in Crowfoot.
Walking distance to 7/11, Pharmacy, Pizza and Chinese restaurants.

Garden is lovely, quiet and secluded with the addition of a “she-shed” last year for you to enjoy. Has a day bed and 2 x rocking chairs, for outdoor relaxation, reading, scrolling and napping!
