Fountain Way

The bedroom is a very large room 600 square foot bedroom with its own seating area, office space and room for a queen size bed, walk in closet and ensuite. It is like its own mini apartment but please come and chat with me in the rest of the 900 square foot home. Together it is a large space steps from Granville Island, 1 block from no Frills Grocery Store, a bus across the street and parks and kayaking places everywhere. There is a bike lock up and if you have a car you can park it in my spot during the week.

I am a single mom, with a 17 year old Son who will come and visit on the weekend. This is a 2.5 bedroom home and we are a quiet bunch. We enjoy board games and playing some records and we are vegetarian and would prefer a vegan or vegetarian too. We are queer friendly household.
