About the roomies
This is a peaceful, quiet building, and we’re looking for respectful, like-minded folks who value a calm and tranquil living environment. It is also an inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly home.
Right now there is just one roomie until mid-June. Our preference is to sublet the entire apartment for the year (July 1–June 30). At the moment, however, we are looking for two new individuals to rent the separate bedrooms long-term, with a maximum of two occupants in the apartment.
I recently moved to the downstairs unit for additional space, so I’ll be your pleasant and respectful neighbour below. Given that it’s a detached duplex, you have no other neighbours above you or directly beside you.
