About the room
A two bed two bath apartment in a condo is available for rent. The masters bedroom is the one that is vacant while the other room is currently occupied. The room is not furnished so you have to come with your own furniture. The indoor facilities includes: A heater, an air conditioner, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, and a great outdoor view from the bedroom and the living room. The outdoor facilities includes a library, a party room, a gym, and a pool.
About the roomies
I’m Rebecca and I’m the one occupying the other room, I’ve been living In this apartment for two years and I enjoy living in this apartment and in the entire building itself. My other roommate is moving out that is why I’m looking for a replacement. I’m currently a student at Canadian Business College. I’m very organized, I like to keep everywhere tidy that’s why the apartment is always sparkling and clean. I like people that are kind, great communicator, empathetic, and respectful of others.
