About the room

Lease out ( $450 for 1 room upstairs ; $900 for 2 rooms upstairs, all included) . Must be clean and tidy. Close to amenities : Walmart , superstore, freshco, Home Depot, Garden City Mall ,shoppers, Dollarama. U can park on driveway ( 1 car for 1 room , 2 cars park for 2 rooms). Only have simple cooking appliances- IR stove , microwave, table top oven.

No visitors pls, we have kid at home.

1 house mate - Indian gentleman ( Age 23) He lives in main floor with his bathroom, he will only to use the washer/ dryer and cooking utilities in basement ( not everyday, he doesn’t cook, only once in few days - only use microwave).
