1 single bedroom located at the 2nd floor beside masters bedroom, bedroom is very cozy, good for1 student or professional,washroom and kitchen is shared with the other renters and owner,.2 minutes walk going to the bus stop. Place are closed to Centennial College Morningside,U of T and even Centennial College Progress, Library and closed to Chinese Store, No Frills, Shoppers, small Plaza and Walmart. Owners has 2 dogs small and big but they were fine as soon as they will know you.

A mature couple and has 4 grown up children, who’s 2 of them is not living us anymore, 2 dogs, a couple and 1 kid renters in the basement but next month they are moving, 1 male renter in the 2nd floor beside the vacant room.
