You’ll have your own unfurnished private bedroom in a great location near the Lacewood Terminal, with easy access to buses, shopping, and lots of amenities. The rest of the apartment is furnished but there is space for a bit more. 💰 Rent & Utilities Total rent: ~$1670 (split between us) – includes heat + hot water (waiting for landlord to confirm rent, but it will be similar to this). Security deposit: half of your share of rent. Power + internet: split evenly. Parking available for $60/month. Coin-op laundry in the building. 🐾 Other Details Must be okay with cats (I have one!). No additional pets allowed (building rules). Non-smoking. One roommate only (sorry, no couples). Female, 20’s- 30’s preferred.
