Looking for a Christian female to share a small bungalow that is owner occupied in a family friendly neighborhood. The room available for rent is on the main floor of the house. It has a decent size closet.
Lease starts 01-Mar-2026. The home is near transit stops and walking trails. It is 35 minutes from University of Winnipeg by bus, and approximately 20 minutes walking from Polo Park.
Looking for a respectful, responsible, clean, and friendly Christian female roommate (no couples) to share space with.
Shared spaces are: kitchen, bathroom, large living room, dinning room, veranda, laundry room, and a backyard deck.
Included: internet
Parking: free on the street, but there are parking bans between certain hours in the winter
Not included: TV cable, and utilities
Visitors are welcome, however late-night parties or sleepovers are prohibited in respect for each other and our neighbours.
No pets are allowed.
