Share a townhouse!!!! Looking for female Mount Saint Vincent University students or young professionals. Month-to-month rental. No pets, no smokers. I’m renting one bedroom in a 2000 square-foot townhouse within walking distance to Mount St. Vincent University, grocery stores, bus routes and more. The main floor of the home features a spacious kitchen / dining with floor to ceiling windows, living room and a half bathroom. The upstairs features the bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished, including a bed, night stand and closet. There is also deck in backyard, some green space and is a great spot to relax (quiet space).
