Quiet friendly neighbourhood, backyard shared with other units, gas cooktop, laundry ensuite, bathtub. The room is a den (no windows) so would be ideal for someone who is maybe a gamer or if you just enjoy a darker space.

You will be living with three other people, a young couple (working professional & student) and another young working professional. We like our own space but also enjoy each other’s company. Communication is very important to us to navigate having the house run well. We like a tidy environment with the knowledge that life happens. No pets allowed unfortunately as one of us has allergies to animals.
