I’m only asking for a small contribution toward utilities (hydro/gas + internet). Includes shared in-unit washer and dryer, and shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. No regular parking available (some street parking but limited)

My name is Jessica! I’m 28 and work part-time right now as a dog trainer. When I’m not working I like spending time at home with my pets. I have a senior dog who is incredibly sweet once she gets to know someone, but she is cautious around new people and takes a bit of time to warm up. She prefers a quiet home environment and is not comfortable with unfamiliar people coming in and out. Because of that, this isn’t a home with frequent guests or visitors. I have a small circle of friends that visit once in a while, and my mom and brother stay over maybe once a month. Any visitors need to be introduced to my dog properly, so I’m looking for someone who isn’t planning to regularly have lots of guests or parties. I also have a leopard gecko, but she stays in my bedroom and doesn’t affect shared spaces. I’m hoping to find someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing who appreciates a peaceful home environment.
