The room is unfurnished but the rest of the unit is furnished. Room has a large east facing window and great natural light with a deep closet. There is a small storage room as well. Landlord and I have a good relationship.
Steps from TTC Gerrard streetcar stop, and a five minute bus ride to Coxwell subway station. Indian grocery across the street with Nofrills, Dollarama, and Shoppers all at the main intersection. Pharmacy & clinic 1 block away.
Walking distance to the Danforth, beach, Woodbine Park, and Greenwood Park. Laundromat 5 minute walk away.
ACCESS INFO: 2nd Floor via stairs outside the unit from street. Bedrooms and washroom are an additional 14 steps up from livingroom and kitchen 🍉
About the roomies
I’ve lived here for six years and have a large orange cat. I am quiet, love to read and learn about plants. I’m seeking a communicative roommate that is open to checking in with what we’d like to change, what we’d like to stay the same, and generally comfortable with bringing up concerns if there are any. Long term preferred but I’m open to discussing.
