1 bedroom available in a spacious and cozy apartment in the upscale Rosedale / SummerHill area. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower), a living room, kitchen, and a large and beautiful patio accessible from all bedrooms.

• 7 min bus ride to Rosedale Station (bus stop 1 min away walking distance)

• 25 min walk to St Clair or Sherbourne subway stations

• Right beside Summerhill Market (for emergency groceries), a bakery, a small pharmacy, a veterinary and 2 great parks: Chorley Park and Evergreen Brickworks. City Shared Bikes available right in front of the building.

  The rent includes both water consumption and fast internet HOWEVER:

• Hydro (electricity + heating) not included (avg $ 50–70/ month/person depending on consumption). So the rent per month would be $798 + the amount of the hydro bill for that month, divided between the 3 roomies.

• Lease: 6 months or 1 year.

• First + last month required. First should be paid upon signing of the contract/agreement. Last should be paid on the day of the moving or by April 1st, whatever comes first.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedrooms per roomie so it’ll be you + the 2 of us.

Room technically is furnished but since I’m moving out I’m taking some furniture but I’m selling my bed frame + mattress, work table with chair and blackout curtains, if you are interested to buy! The last 2 photos are the bed and work table I’m selling.

🧺 Laundry in the building (coin-operated). It’s a shared laundry with other neighbors but it is a very small condo with only 6 families living in it.

Non-smokers (of any kind including vape, cigarettes, cannabis). No drugs or substances of any kind allowed in the premises of the apartment and building.

Please be ready to sign a minimum 6 months to 1 year contract and provide ID.

👋 About the roomies and the situation:

I’ve been living in this apartment for 3 years now but unfortunately for visa issues I have to leave Canada. My other 2 roomies would like to keep the apartment so I’m looking for someone to share with them! One of them works an office job and travels a lot to work and the other is also a worker full time in the hospitality industry.

We’re looking for like-minded individuals who are respectful, tidy, easygoing but also mindfully quiet/calm to share this space with them. Ideally, someone who wants a peaceful home environment, where everyone can relax after work or school.
