1 bedroom available in a spacious and cozy apartment in the upscale Rosedale / SummerHill area. The unit has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower), a living room with TV and internet, equipped kitchen, and a large and beautiful patio accessible from all bedrooms.

• 7 min bus ride to Rosedale Station (bus stop 1 min away walking distance)

• 25 min walk to St Clair or Sherbourne subway stations

• Right beside Summerhill Market (for emergency groceries), a bakery, a small pharmacy, a veterinary and 2 great parks: Chorley Park and Evergreen Brickworks. City Shared Bikes available right in front of the building.

  The rent includes both water consumption and internet HOWEVER:

• Hydro (electricity + heating) not included (avg. R$ 50–70/ month/person depending on consumption). So the rent per month would be $887 + the amount of the hydro bill for that month, divided between the 3 roomies.

• Lease: 6 months or 1 year.

• First + last month required. First should be paid upon signing of the contract/agreement. Last should be paid on the day of the moving or by April 1st, whatever comes first.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedrooms per roomie so it’ll be you + the 2 of us.

Room is not furnished unfortunately but the entire apartment is. Closet is spacious. Unit does not have AC (for the summer).

🧺 Laundry in the building (coin-operated). It’s a shared laundry with other neighbors but it is a very small condo with only 6 families living in it.

Non-smokers (of any kind including vape, cigarettes, cannabis). No drugs or substances of any kind allowed in the premises of the apartment and building.

Please be ready to sign a minimum 6 months to 1 year contract and provide ID.

We are two latinas, young professionals living in the apartment. One of us works full-time in the hospitality industry and the other is a student working remotely. We’re calm, quiet but easygoing and clean individuals and we really value keeping our home cozy and organized. 🧹✨

We’re looking for like-minded individuals who are also respectful, easygoing, and tidy, to share this space with us. Ideally, someone who wants a peaceful home environment, where everyone can relax after work or school.
