My apartment is fully and well furnished, including many top-notch appliances. The room has a queen bed with 4 large drawers, a large closet, a smart TV and faces SW with an unobstructed view to the brand new Warehouse park. The unit has AC and in-suite laundry. If you need, I have a second parking spot in the covered/heated parkade that you can use (extra $250/month). The unit has 2 bathrooms, so you’ll have one just for you. Water and heat are included, and we will divide the internet and electricity bill, which is about $50/month each (both internet+electricity together). There is a nice S-facing balcony where you can even sunbathe during summer, if you’re down it ☀

If you use public transport, the building is just in front of the Bay LRT station for the Capital/Metro lines and a few blocks away from the station 102 St for the Valley line. There are tons of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores, and everything else you may need within walking distance from the apartment. During the summer, the Downtown Farmers Market is on the block of the building, and Rogers Arena is 5 minutes walking. This is one of the best/coolest blocks in Yeg DT (if not the best).

I’m a gay/laid-back engineer looking for a cool roommate to help with my mortgage payment. Expectation is to keep the house/kitchen always clean, I’m a bit picky about cleanliness and organization, so this is an important point if you’re willing to be my roomie :) The roommate profile that I’m looking for is of a young professional or a grad student who, like me, is also chill and open-minded.
