Looking for someone to rent/sublet a bedroom in our unit, which is the second floor of a house situated in a nice, quiet neighbourhood by Woodbine and Cosburn, across from a park. The room is unfurnished. We have a sun-filled living room and washroom, as well as a large backyard and a porch. On-site laundry and AC, too. Rent includes all bills.
