Unfurnished room for rent in a bright, walkout basement suite with in-suite laundry, heated floors, extra storage space, dishwasher, and an outdoor patio. 10 minutes by car or bus to Moody Centre Station, Douglas College, and Coquitlam Centre, and 30 minutes from SFU. No pets.

I’m 32 and work a 9 to 5 in-office. In my spare time, I like getting outside (paddleboarding, walking, hiking), reading, watching hockey, and a good TV show. I’ve had several long term roommates before, and I’m looking to room with someone friendly, respectful, and responsible. Students are welcome!
