Looking for someone friendly, quiet and respectable. This unit is separate from the mainfloor so no roommate. Laundry and yard outside of the unit is shared with the mainfloor. Mainfloor tenants are University of Calgary post docs who are very friendly, quiet and respectful so we wish to find someone similar.
If HIGHLY interested in renting before or after a viewing, you can speedup the process by having a government ID and employment contract/pay stub ready for review by the landlord and they will get back to you as soon as possible after confirming your documents.
