My wonderful housemate is moving to PEI so I have an awesome room for rent. Heritage building, super nice central area downtown. 15 mins from Canada Place, English Bay and Stanley Park.

Beautiful hardwood floors and large bay windows. Need to update the photos as it’s a bit more lived in now and more furniture! The property has an elevator, bike storage, surface parking, and 3 sets of washers and dryers. The apartment is fully furnished. Bedroom has bed, clothing rail, and bedside table for $200 to purchase or you can bring your own! Ample storage in room.

Hey there! I’m 26, originally from Scotland, and moved to Vancouver a couple of years ago. I work a regular 9–5 downtown and live a pretty laid-back lifestyle. Weeknights are usually quiet for me, I enjoy a cozy night in, the occasional post-work drink that runs a little long, and just generally keeping things relaxed. I’m sociable and always up for a chat, but also really value personal space and downtime. I’m tidy and like to keep shared spaces clean, but not overly fussy about it, just respectful of the space and the people I live with. Outside of work, I’m usually skiing in the winter and starting to work on good health habits. I’m not into any sort of drugs or loads of partying but I love adventuring! Really looking for someone who has their own thing going here in Van but is also to open hanging out!
