The room is located on the main (and only) floor of the home and is already furnished with IKEA pieces including a double bed, a desk, one side table with a lamp, and a fair-sized closet space.
Rent includes full access to laundry, wireless internet, a shared bathroom, and kitchen space. It is preferred that the tenant does not have any animals and is not a smoker (although smoking may be tolerated if done outside).
This space is ideal for a female or female student, but not limited to. It is being rented for $900 per month, with first and last month’s rent required. Applicants with a source of income are strongly preferred to avoid any possible unfortunate situations.
