Rent includes full access to laundry, wireless internet, a shared bathroom, and kitchen space. It is preferred that the tenant does not have any animals and is not a smoker (although smoking may be tolerated if done outside).

This space is ideal for a female or female student. It is being rented for $900 per month, with first and last month’s rent required. Applicants with a source of income are strongly preferred to avoid any possible unfortunate situations.
