Hey there! I’m renting two private rooms in my modern, freshly decorated apartment (will be one room for you one for me),so it will be shared only with me. Both options include all utilities (electricity, water, heating, high-speed internet) plus household essentials like detergent, Charmin toilet paper 💅, dishwasher pods, etc. So it’s plug & play. You just bring your suitcase and move in. I’m currently looking for ONE male roomie. No pets. First and Last month of rent asked.

Option 1: Private Den (Twin) $1150

Brand-new twin bed & super comfy mattress (same as mine!) Desk in the den No door or window, but the curtain gives full privacy & blackout Built-in closet marked in the photos as “this is your closet” $1,150/month, all included (just pay your phone bill and food!)

Bonus: I’m working on “borrowing” ejem, ejem, my brother’s Netflix password, so we might have Netflix soon! The projector is huge, perfect since the TV doesn’t match the apartment aesthetics

Option 2: Master Bedroom (Queen) $1890

Cloud-like queen mattress Huge wardrobe all for you Big window + proper door $1,890/month, all included Pretty chill with visitors and friends (just no psycho Tinder stories, haha!) and no more than 2 nights in a row overnight guests.

Also good to know>>> I’m a bit of a clean freak, thats my only red flag 🚩 especially in the kitchen and kitchen odor (must look like AD is filming every day in the mornings and Vogue 72’s questions in the nights!) and the bathroom too!!!! 💩

Love music—loud is fine! (Unfortunately not at the level of neighborhood complaints) If we share tastes, awesome; if not, even better because I love all kinds of music and have a Top-notch “TEMU” 🥴🥴 soundbar. However I wont play music if you dont like that of if you are sleeping, just to make sure! 😂😂

Totally chill with common areas, kitchen, on suite laundry, living room, bathtub use, enjoy the apartment fully, now is yours too!! (just D O N O T U S E my Lush bombs 😂) I’m kidding. (I’m not)

Short stays welcome, international students ok (proof of financial support required). If you’re leaving just let me know as soon as possible. (Minimum one month for both parties)

Located steps from subway, groceries, restaurants, and walking distance to Ryerson (TMU) and UofT. Location is really amazing. Sankofa Sq aka “Times Sq” is 3 mins walking away but the building is located on a secondary street so is not that crazy, just perfect!

I work in hospitality-type schedules sometimes, but I sleep a lot too, so you won’t even notice me around but would be great to make something together! I do love halloween decorations and stuff like that.
