Looking for ONE MALE roommate only for my modern shared apartment downtown. It will only be shared with me, no other roommates. Utilities + household essentials included, fully move-in ready.

Two room options available:

Private Den (Twin Bed) — $820

Master Bedroom (Queen Bed) — $1890

Very important to know: This is a very relaxed, body-positive, clothing-optional apartment environment. I’m nude at home, so you must be genuinely comfortable with that. I expect a clothing free environment at the apartment

The apartment is super clean, aesthetic-focused, peaceful, music-friendly, and located steps from subway, TMU, UofT, groceries, restaurants, etc.

I’m pretty chill overall, but cleanliness is NON negotiable 🚩 especially kitchen and bathroom.

Short stays welcome. International students OK with proof of financial support. First & last month required.

Bonus: I’m working on “borrowing” ejem, ejem, my brother’s Netflix password, so we might have Netflix soon! The projector is huge, perfect since the TV doesn’t match the apartment aesthetics

Love music—loud is fine! (Unfortunately not at the level of neighborhood complaints) If we share tastes, awesome; if not, even better because I love all kinds of music and have a Top-notch “TEMU” 🥴🥴 soundbar. However I wont play music if you dont like that of if you are sleeping, just to make sure! 😂😂

Totally chill with common areas, kitchen, on suite laundry, living room, bathtub use, enjoy the apartment fully, now is yours too!! (just D O N O T U S E my Lush bombs 😂) I’m kidding. (I’m not)

I work in hospitality-type schedules sometimes, but I sleep a lot too, so you won’t even notice me around but would be great to make something together! I do love halloween decorations and stuff like that.
