About the room
Room includes groceries, all utilities, and high-speed internet with several streaming platforms (i.e., Netflix, Prime, HBO, etc.)! Hi! I have a sunny bedroom with large closet (built-in shelves) and large windows coming available now. The room is fully furnished with bed (with bedding), desk, nightstand, lamps, TV, and mirror. There are 2 full bathrooms, so one is shared with the other student (from Belize). There is in-suite laundry (laundry soap included). The kitchen and living spaces are shared. Of note, there are 2 cats on premises (very friendly). I have street access from the apartment directly in front of 2 bus stops (1 express bus to downtown/university) on Farnham Gate Rd, beautiful walking paths directly behind the building (Belchers Marsh), and super close to Bayers Lake shopping stores. About the roomies
Estefana is my 25-year-old roommate from Belize who is a student at Dalhousie and has been living here over a year and a half now. She works part time and has an active social life. I am a single lady who works in healthcare (IWK Health by Dalhousie University) who has lived in Halifax for the last six years and originally came from Alberta. I like movies, music, food, and travel. I usually have dinner ready in the evening for everyone, and Estefana is a great cook too! We are both quiet and enjoy alone time but do watch a show once in a while or go out for dinner or shopping.
