I’m a female professional who works mostly from home. I also teach on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and usually attend community events on Fridays, so I’m often busy on those nights.

I’m a social person and like to relax by watching TV in the evenings. If you’re free, we could enjoy Netflix or Disney together. Cleanliness is very important to me, and I’d like to share the space with someone who also values a clean and organized home. We can even set up a cleaning schedule to make it easy for everyone.

I welcome females of all nationalities and ethnicities. I’m also open to two friends sharing the space together (though rent will be a bit higher for two). I’ll cover internet and electricity bills.
