This a nice house in a quiet area. It is close to the Henday if you drive and close to transit if you do not drive. It is close to the river valley if you like to walk. The house has a yard with garden space and a big deck. There is lots of storage space for your stuff. The house is in excellent repair with ongoing maintenance. This is a shared house with access to all the common areas, where everyone does their share. Looking for roommates who will participate in making this an excellent place to live. No drinking, drugs, or drama.

The house currently has one occupant with space for 2 more. I am a calm quiet employed person. I am looking for female roommates who are also calm quiet and employed. I believe in community housing and want to create a great place for all who live here. I am in the process of creating a large garden to produce as much of my own food as possible.
