This is a house in a pretty accessible neighborhood right on stafford/corydon, it’s one bus transit to UofW and UofM. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which means 2 people get to split a bathroom. The house is cute, small, has a warm feeling to it. Community and communication between tenants is a huge thing for us, we try to create a peaceful and neat space. Utilities and internet are included in rent, the house has most of things you’d need for everyday life, so you can spare spending money on extras. I (the landlord) live in the house, I’m a third year student at UofM, so all concerns or questions always are directed to me, and I think it positively affects the environment!

The room that’s rented out rn is in the basement, in the pictures there’s no furniture, but a desk and a bed will be included! It’s a relatively small space, with a huge closet. There’s a bathroom right beside the room, the picture is attached. The kitchen is a shared space downstairs. I uploaded a bunch of old pictures, because we’re going through renovations in the house at the moment. So if you’re wanting to get a clearer understanding of what the house looks like, come for a tour!

All of us are currently students, we like to spend evenings together and if you’re up for joining our company that’s great! However if you prefer privacy that can be arranged as well.
