The bedroom is unfurnished and has an attached walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a stall shower (bedroom: ~14’x10’ closet: ~4’x4’). The 2bed/2bath apartment is bright, spacious, and partially furnished.
All utilities are included (heat/water/electricity/internet). Laundry is shared with the building and uses a card/app. The building also has a well maintained pool in the summer.
Across the street from a Safeway and other stores. Close walking distance to parks, a community center, and and several bus routes connecting to Braid/New West/Columbia/22nd St stations.
- Cats welcome (with pet deposit*)
- Smoking NOT allowed INSIDE the apartment (on the street is fine)
- Couples ok (for 1500/month)
- Guests ok but please NO large parties
- damage deposit is half months rent ($700) *pet deposit is only $500 as theres some existing damage from prev roommates cat
