I own the house and have previously occupied this master bedroom. I now live out of town so it is available for rent in my shared house with 1 male and 1 female tenant.

I hope to be the best landlord you will ever have as I am very attentive to any issues or concerns. I am also very flexible with my leases if any personal matters come up during your tenancy. I also make sure the house is kept clean by assigning weekly house chores to maintain a cleanly space.

The male roommate is a data analyst, is into sports, and loves to hang out with roomies if they want to.

The female roommate is a student and very sweet and kind.
