I’m looking for a roommate to share my quiet, cottage-style home in Elm Park. The bright bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, and you’ll have shared use of the kitchen, dining room, living room, and large treed yard. The main bathroom is shared, but there is also a half-bath in the basement. Utilities and laundry are included.

The neighbourhood is one of Winnipeg’s hidden gems, with mature trees, great cycling, nearby transit to both UM campuses and downtown (20 min walk to bus stops), plus cafés, groceries, the library, the Park Theatre, and the South YMCA all within walking distance. Parking and bike storage are available.
