About the roomies
The house is owned by a retired professor who visits about one week per month (he has his own private bedroom and washroom). I (late 40’s academic/professional) occasionally use the home as needed. Typically, there are two other renters in the household — often students, working professionals, or a couple. The environment is friendly, respectful, and quiet, with a healthy lifestyle emphasis.
