Looking for a Third Roommate – South Granville / Kitsilano

Hi everyone! My roommate and I (both UBC MFA grads) are looking for a third roommate (around 25 - 35 years of age) to join us in our beautiful home in the South Granville / Kitsilano area.

We are both women and are ideally looking for a third woman or gender-queer roommate who is comfortable living with one cat.

Details: This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with a large bright living room, breakfast nook, well-kept kitchen, very clean bathrooms and backyard. 2 of the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs in a basement layout which includes the room we are renting out.

Rent: $1,100 Utilities: Included (Except Internet split 3 ways) Room includes: Shared Bathroom with one other person, a makeshift walk in closet, bedroom/desk furniture included (optional)

No pets, we have one cat that will be living with us.

1 - year lease

Move-in: October 1st

Location: Near 13th and Burrard Street. Quiet street near the 99 and 33 bus lines to UBC

House amenities: In-building laundry (coin operated), bike storage, lots of natural light, serene backyard
