Good sized bedroom with built in closet. Great view from your bedroom window. Large corner apartment quite high up in the building with a huge balcony, good kitchen, open living area, your own private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Central AC. Washer Drier in unit. Close to Granville and Yaletown Roundhouse for transportation. Chill quiet peaceful space. Supermarkets and restaurants all really close by. Ideal for a student.

Happy to negotiate rental amount for a good fit. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

You’ll be living with me, a late 30s Australian Visual Artist/Musician working in the film industry. I’m clean, respectful and get out of the house quite often. I enjoy reading and listening to music, yoga, meditation and playing instruments. Happy to chat or just leave you to it, I’m super easy going.
