• Close to public transportation (bus 20, 33, R4, 41 within walking distance)
• Easy access to UBC, Langara, and Downtown)

Rental Details:

• Rent: $950 per month + Utilities
• Utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet) around $50 per month, depending on the season
• Security Deposit: $475
• Available for Dec 1 move-in!

Housemates:

• 1 male and 1 couple (male & female) at their 20s
• Be respectful
• Ideal for someone who is quiet, responsible, and tidy
• We enjoy a laid-back, casual vibe or relax together, but we respect each other’s personal space
• Totally fine if you prefer to keep to yourself and enjoy peace and privacy - we’re very easygoing about that
• Cleaning Duties: We split household cleaning duties fairly among all housemates to keep everything neat and tidy. -Everyone is responsible for their own room, and we rotate tasks like cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and garbage
