5 year old home, stylish and super quiet neighborhood. Close to most amenities, short distance to the downtown core. Quiet home, open to gatherings, mostly Plant-Based diets. Minimal alcohol consumption in the house. Sometimes we go to events around the city together, sharing rides, bartering for exchanges and supporting each other.

-Available Oct 8th -$1100 for the bedroom (Normally $1400, cost negotiable for work exchanges) -Utilities $100 -Pay for your own consumables or be courteous and conscious

***Bartering, exchanging favours, and PAYING IT FORWARD, are principles I live by and my goal is to keep the home organized and clean (even though it might not be in its current state). Ideally, we’d have a shared workspace in the dining room and we would all be welcome to hold meetings and gatherings in the home

LOOKING FOR:

• Responsible, mature roommate who can be Plant Based while in the home. You can bring meat in, just don’t want it cooked in the house. You can use the firepit, BBQ and cook meat outside, just want to avoid smell in the house, as some of us are sensitive.
• Pet free (may accept a dog under 20lbs as I have a small chihuahua. Or convince me on why it would work with your pet)
• You must be mature, responsible and clean, preferably aged between 28-48 (exceptions can be made)

ABOUT THE HOME:

• Basement has a projector and theatre setup, open for gatherings, movies, yoga, music, jamming, etc.
• Wet Bar in the basement, small fridge, sink, etc.
• Fenced backyard - can be used for fires and hanging out, projects, etc.
• Super friendly neighbourhood, great walkways, food, restaurants, dog parks, golf courses, shopping, etc.
• Great proximity to groceries, airport, highway, etc.
• Free street parking, garage access can be negotiated

2 Females and 1 Male, we range from mid 30s to mid 40s. 37 to 55 years of age. Looking for another well rounded individual to keep the energy neutral and balanced in this home.

1 person is a teacher who works down the street 1 person runs a business consultant business with a partner. Working from home and travelling for work 1 person runs a construction company, project managing as well as hands on construction work.
