Quiet corner in a subdivision with parkland across the street. Close to the university and college.. everything included except laundry facilities because it’s downstairs in my adult daughter’s area But we can work something out where I can do it for you or drive u 2 go do it also i do have a bed and dresser i can put back in that room also … Everything is workable i just want you to be comfortable
