I’m a healthy retired senior with a very timid 12yo indoor cat. I retired from a career as a database specialist, designing case management systems for professional offices. I am a life-long learner with numerous certifications related to holistic health and wellness: Essential Oil coach, Animal Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing practitioner, Colour Mirrors practitioner, Culinary Nutrition expert and Flying Star Feng Shui consultant. I (still) spend a lot of time on my computer but I also love cooking, gardening and playing the piano. Now more than ever home is my SANCTUARY. My daily intention is to fill it with bright, uplifting energy:
