The room is furnished with a double bed and dresser. Parking available out back, and laundry and dryer in the house!

I’m a 32-year-old female PhD student in the veterinary sciences and also work at UBC in animal care! My other roommate is a female in her 30s also. We’re both pretty chill, respectful, and clean! We do weekly meals and cleaning together, though not mandatory!

I will be looking for a different/cheaper rental after this, so maybe if we get along well we can look together?!

I have two friendly cats, but am not allowed anymore pets in the house.
