Private furnished 1 Bedroom in a nice home within a beautiful area. Located near Armadale Roundabout. There’s a walking path along the ocean just steps from the front door that takes you to various amenities. There’s a fenced in yard. Bus stop is across the street. Full access to laundry, patio, yard, your own private bathroom and kitchen provided you clean up after yourself;) Bedroom is on a separate floor, so plenty of private space. We have a small dog(Shiba Inu) he’s extremely friendly with people and other pets. We don’t smoke inside but don’t mind if you smoke on the property. Any questions feel free to contact. We’re a couple in our 50s and recently have felt the economic downturn like everyone else and decided to rent a room. We’re very laid back. I work Monday to Friday in the Kempt Rd area and my wife and dog are enjoying retirement. There’s laundry on site and all utilities/internet are included. There’s also a spacious room with wood stove, a cozy spot for homework, your own bathroom….And of course you will have use of kitchen which we all clean up after ourselves. There’s an ocean view and a great ocean front walking path that takes you to the mall where every city bus stops I believe.
