Private furnished 1 Bedroom in a nice home within a beautiful area. Located near Armadale Roundabout. There’s a walking path along the ocean that takes you to various amenities. There’s a fenced in yard. Bus stops in front of the house. Full access to laundry, patio, yard, your own private bathroom and kitchen provided you clean up after yourself. Bedroom is on a separate floor. We have a small dog(Shiba Inu) he’s extremely friendly with people and other pets. We don’t smoke inside but don’t mind if you smoke on the property. We’re a couple in our 40s and recently have felt the economic downturn like everyone else and decided to rent a room. We’re very laid back. I work Monday to Friday in the Kempt Rd area and my wife and dog are enjoying retirement. There’s laundry on site and all utilities/internet are included. There’s also a spacious room with wood stove, a cozy spot for homework. And of course you will have use of kitchen which we all clean up after ourselves.
