A Spacious full furnished room with own Private bathroom for female working student. Room includes utilities, tv (cable) , internet, laundry and basic household essentials. We are looking for a clean, respectful and responsible room individual as you would be sharing our home with us. Single occupancy only must be ok with dogs, no smoking or drugs. Bedroom has queen size bed, large closet, two dressers, desk, chair, tv and a small fridge. Shared kitchen, laundry, rec room and outdoor amenities.

You will share kitchen with family of 5 very clean and respectful people as well 3 year old Aussie shepherd who loves attention. Very peaceful neighborhood.
