Mario's room

Burnaby, BC V5J 4A5

The bedroom that is available is a medium sized room in the top floor. Rent includes all utilities including as well as wifi. Rent includes laundry/dish detergent and toilet paper. The house is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood just off 49th. It is an 10 minute walk to two massive parks- perfect if you’re a runner or like nature walks! We are a 10 minute drive to SFU, 6 minute walk to royal oak sky train station. We are centrally located and are 1 block away from 49th allowing easy access to ubc. We are a 420 friendly house, but we ask that smoking only occurs outside the home.

Looking for a responsible and clean roommate to join us in a just built air conditioned home of young professionals. We are a group of people working in social work, medicine and classical music. We are all respectful of each other, the home, my dog and spoiled cat. It is expected you contribute to the house by completing one small, chore every week. The house also follows a quiet hours system to respect everyone’s schedules. Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday and 11pm - 8am, Friday and Saturday.
